Karishma's yoga classes are designed to help you improve your strength, flexibility and balance, while also providing a space for you to relax and de-stress. Her classes are a unique blend of traditional yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and physio-inspired movements to help you create a balanced practice. At the end of each class, there is a deep relaxation practice to help you rest and restore.

Tuesday

The Hubphonics Choir

All Levels

7:30pm-9-pm

The HubPhonics Choir offers an incredible opportunity for all levels and experience to come together and enjoy singing. With over 30 years of experience, Clifton provides a friendly and welcoming environment to sing a variety of different songs. Whether you are just starting out or an experienced singer, the Hubphonics Choir is the perfect place to practice your vocal skills.

We also perform 4 times a years so come along and get involved

Wednesday

Women's Self Defence

6:30pm-7:30pm

Nancy at the Hub offers a comprehensive self defense course for women only. With 15 years of experience in kung fu from The Reading School of Martial Arts, Nancy provides a safe and supportive environment for women to learn basic self defense techniques and build confidence.

Capoeira-Adult class

Thursday 

Capoeira - Kids class

6pm-7pm

Led by Nancy who has over a decade of Kung Fu and Capoeira training - the class is focused on building stamina and confidence in women and providing a safe space to learn to work the pads and to practice techniques
